How do I receive my rank after purchase?
Your rank is applied automatically within 60 seconds of your purchase being confirmed. No need to relog — it activates while you're online.

Do ranks expire?
No. Premium ranks (Inmate–Godfather) are permanent and never expire, even after a season reset.

Does my rank carry over to the next season?
Yes. Your rank is never reset between seasons.

Can I upgrade my rank later?
Yes — we use cumulative pricing. You only pay the difference when upgrading. For example, upgrading from Inmate to Hustler costs $5.00 instead of the full $9.99.

💰 Gold

What is Gold?
Gold is PrisonGrind's premium currency. You spend it in-game via /goldshop on Boosters, Crate Keys, Perks and the Season Pass.

Does Gold reset between seasons?
No. Gold is permanent and carries over across all seasons.

How do I use my Gold in-game?
Type /goldshop in-game to open the Gold Shop.

🌟 Season Pass

What is the Season Pass?
The Season Pass has a free and a premium track, each with 100 levels of rewards. Mine blocks to earn XP and level up.

How do I activate my Season Pass?
After purchasing, right-click the Season Pass Voucher in your inventory. Then type /seasonpass to claim your rewards.

Does the Season Pass reset?
Yes — the Season Pass resets at the start of each new season.
